Series H highway street lights for urban express road

Jalan Kayu Ara is a prominent road located in a bustling area, accommodating both two-way two-lane and two-way four-lane traffic. Given the high volume of vehicles and the complex nature of the road, the municipal government recognized the need to upgrade the lighting system in order to minimize traffic accidents. This project involved diverse forms of light pole arrangement (luminaire arrangement). To ensure optimal lighting effects and safety, ZGSM’s lighting team conducted several Dialux simulation experiments to determine the appropriate wattage and light distribution of highway street lights. For single-sided arrangements, Type III M was chosen, while for both opposite and twin central arrangements, Type II M was preferred. Ultimately, the Jalan Kayu Ara road lighting project achieved impressive lighting effects, significantly reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents along this road section.
