LED urban and streetlights project in Talca and Contulmo of Chile, done in 2016. This is a relatively large street lighting renovation project, the number of 27,000 sets, selected is our classic H module street lights, with Lumintell™ Smart City solution to achieve remote intelligence, and solved many LED street lights problems. The street lights cover the main road, community roads, sidewalks, parks, parking lots, and other different areas, so the power ranges from 35-120w, the project using the ” pay as you save” financial model, has paid for itself 3 years ago and achieved profitability. The project has been handed over to the owner, so far the failure rate has not exceeded 0.3%, the owner is very satisfied.

The CCT, or Correlated Color Temperature, is measured in degrees Kelvin, with a warm light being approximately 2,700K, neutral white around 4,000K, and cold white at 5,000K or higher. The changes in energy efficiency between colder and warmer color temperatures are minor, particularly when compared to the huge energy savings gained by switching from standard incandescent to LED lighting.
