    PV5 series all in one solar street lamp features an integrated design, which combines the solar panel, lithium battery, controller, and LED light into a single unit. PV5 integrated solar street light achieves an overall illumination efficiency of 220lm/W. Its high luminous efficiency reduces power consumption while maintaining the same illumination, thereby significantly lowering the demands on solar panels and batteries which finally reduce the cost. Its monocrystalline silicon solar panel has a conversion efficiency of 23%, and lithium battery can withstand over 2000 charge-discharge cycles. The PV5’s integrated design and efficient utilization of solar energy make it the ideal choice for lighting in remote areas and underdeveloped regions without access to the grid.

    Integrated solar street light means that the whole solar street light system is integrated into an LED street light, that is, there is a solar panel on the street light, and the street light contains batteries, controllers, microwaves, etc. Two in one solar street light means that the whole system includes two main parts: a street lamp head(integrates LED modules, solar controllers and batteries), and an independent solar panel.

    There are some disadvantages to solar street lights, including:

    Weather dependence: Solar street lights rely on solar panels to absorb sunlight for charging. Therefore, on cloudy days, rainy days, or when there is insufficient light at night, solar street lights cannot reserve energy for the battery in time. This may result in insufficient lighting on the road and may even damage the battery due to long-term depletion.

    Lead-acid batteries include electrolyte-type lead-acid batteries (VRLA) and colloidal lead-acid batteries (Gel). They are mainly used in split-type solar street lamp systems and are usually buried underground. They're bigger and cheaper, but they use fewer cycles than lithium-ion batteries.Most lead-acid batteries are 12V or 24V systems.

    Majority of lithium batteries used in solar street lighting systems are ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries ( LiFePo4). Lithium batteries are more costly and have a longer lifespan than lead-acid batteries.
    Ternary lithium batteries provide superior cold resistance compared to lithium iron phosphate batteries. The high-temperature resistance of lithium iron phosphate batteries is better than that of ternary lithium batteries. Consequently, solar street lighting systems in high-temperature regions often use lithium iron phosphate batteries.
    Available Li battery voltages for the solar street light system include 3.7V, 3.2V, 6.4V, 11.1V, and 12.8V.

    The photoelectric conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar panels is between 18 and 24 percent, with an average of 18 percent.     STEP 1:

    First, Fix the battery box to the solar panel frame, then attach the fitter to the battery box. For detailed installation steps, please scan the QR code to watch the installation video.





    STEP 2:

    Connect the male end of the cable output of battery box to the female end to solar controller.





    STEP 3:

    Fix the fitter to the top of the light pole with M8 screws.





    STEP 4:

    Use a 5mm hexagon wrench to loosen the three screws on both each side of frame, then the angle of LED module light emitting surface can be adjusted from 5 to 15 degrees.
